Je recherche actuellement un fabricant européen (Europe de l’Est de préférence) capable de produire un plateau de lissage pour béton destiné aux machines de dallage (float pan). Le produit est un disque circulaire en acier, découpé dans de la tôle épaisseur 3,5 mm, avec : un bord relevé périphérique, des supports soudés à l’intérieur servant de système d’accroche sur la machine. Il s’agit d’un outil utilisé sur chantier pour le lissage et la finition des surfaces en béton frais. Je fournis : des photos du produit, des schémas techniques détaillés, afin de faciliter l’étude de faisabilité et le chiffrage.
