Specialist of marking tools for:
Embossing plastic or metal parts:
- Daters for moulds. We offer a large range of daters, between 3mm and 20mm diameter, with arrow, indexed or not, to punch, with cylindrical shape or shouldered. Being manufacturers, we can do customized engraving on our daters like for example deeper engravings for blown parts, specific engravings.
- Steel or copper electrode inserts with the standard signs and logos, or logos of common brands.
- Direct engraving of prints of small sizes or mounted paving.
- Customized electrodes with your patterns, texts, logos, including for complex 3D engravings.
- Cold marked stamps in steel, for applications on machines or hand tools, on metal parts.
- Stamps and dies for embossing and shaping of parts of metal leaves.
- Stamps for hot embossing of plastic parts, or burning of wood parts.
Surface marking of plastic or metal parts, by ink, paint or film deposit:
- Pad printing clichés, in thick, thin or polymer steel, as well as transfer stamps for pad printing.
- Silk printing screens, tightened with polyester, nylon or stainless steel canvas.
We tighten canvases on medium, wood, metal (steel or aluminium), flat or shaped frames.
- Hot marked stamps, flat or shaped, in steel, brass or silicone, the latter in several hardness-types, simple or double.
- Moulds for hot marking of soft flasks.
We are also able to answer to other needs, such as direct customized engraving, chemical or digital, single or small series parts, the production of stencils for chemical engraving, execution of drawings in our workshop with integrated CAD.
