Moulage par rotation des thermoplastiques (rotomoulage)

We currently have a 950x500x60mm part made using single-sheet thermoforming, but the upper surface deforms under its own weight and the weight of the products placed on it. We are looking to stiffen this part by moving to a sandwich technique. Twin-sheet thermoforming is too expensive, plastic injection is not relevant for our yearly quantities (10-20'000parts/year) so I am considering rotational molding.
